When we use two different biometrics from different companies at the same site, this issue may arise because when we enroll the user on the first device (e.g., Morpho), it uses a different credential type, while the second device (e.g., Invixium) uses a different one.

So, when we enroll the user on the First device (Morpho), the software sends the commands to the hardware since the second device (Invixium) does not recognize the credential so throws the error.

  Possible Solution:

We have to enable the Exempt from bio device option to stop the commands from being sent to the biometric device.
