Solution:-

1.        Navigate the path below:-

a.       C:\Program Files (x86)\IDCUBE\Access360\Access360 Database Utility\ConfigFile

2.       Open createdatabase.ini configuration in notepad

3.        There should be a % sign, which is extra after closing the bracket. Delete it and save the file.

Create the database again.
