Fire Alarm Integration with Aero X1100 Master controller & V100 Interfaces

 

When a Fire alarm input configured on a V100 AC Fail input was triggered, the Door Unlock command is successfully sent to all interfaces & it was verified from the door status page. Only magnetic locks connected to Strike Relay # 2 Unlocked but, magnetic locks on Strike Relay # 1 did not unlock i.e., The relay did not energize.

 

If we send a door unlock command from the door status page to Unlock the first door on the V100 it works normally without any problems & door access is also working normally. This issue occurs only during a fire alarm trigger.

 

 

 

The firmware of the Aero X1100 was upgraded from version 1.30.4 (671) to

Version 1.31.0 (678).

 

After FW Upgrade the Fire alarm trigger unlocked all the doors properly.
