1. Log in to the HRVIEW webpage using an account with administrator privileges.
2. Click on the Settings icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select Master Configuration from the options.
4. Choose Custom Field from the menu, then click on Add New to create a new custom field.
5. Enter the name for the custom field as required.
6. Select the field type based on your needs (e.g., Text, Numeric, Date).
7. If the field type is Dropdown, enter the dropdown values separated by commas and specify a default value if needed.
8. Check or uncheck the options for Is Compulsory and Is Unique, depending on your requirements.
9. Click the Save button to create the custom field.
10. The newly created custom field will now appear in the Custom Field section
