1. Log in to the HRVIEW webpage using an account with administrator privileges.
2. Go to the Access option in the top menu bar.
3. Select Holiday Group from the available options.
4. Click on the Add New button to create a new holiday group.
5. Select the holidays to include in the group, either by choosing them one by one or by selecting all from the list.
6. Provide a name for the holiday group to easily identify it.
7. Click on the Save button to complete the configuration and create the holiday group.
