Answer :
- Log in to the Access360 application with user delete privilege
- Navigate to User (Top menu bar) >> User Directory, and click on the Advanced option.
- Search the user(s) based on parameters like user id, Access Group, Custom Field, Card Status, User Status, etc
- Select the checkbox against the user
- Click on Delete Button to delete the user.
Note: Once the user is deleted all past user access log transactions will be permanently deleted & can never be restored.
