Answer :

  1. Log in to the Access360 application
  2. Navigate to User (Top menu bar) >> User Directory
  3. Search the users based on various searching criteria like Access Group, Custom Field, Card Status, User Status, etc.
  4. Select the user(s), then from the drop-down box, select the Export data option and click on Go.
  5. Export data page opens, move the fields from total fields to selected fields that are required to be exported.
  6. Enter the image folder path (in the system or server) if you select an image field.
  7. Click on Next to proceed.
  8. Select any custom fields that are registered in the software, and need to be exported.
  9. Click on Finish to get the file in Excel format.
