Steps to find unknown card number

  1. Login to Access360 with Administrator privilege
  2. Select Credentials from the top menu and click on Last Card Action
  3. Select format type as Format if it’s HID card else select No Format
  4. Select the nearby reader and swipe an unknown card on the selected reader
  5. Click on Find to view the card details
