Answer :

  1. Log in to the Access360 application with user Add/Update privilege
  2. Navigate to User (Top menu bar) >> User Directory
  3. Click the Import Data button
  4. From the Import Data option select User Basic Info
  5. Choose the file type from the drop-down list (CSV or Excel).
  6. Upload the file. (Enter the sheet name for Excel files)
  7. Click Bind Data to load the data from the file to the grid
  8. Click next and map columns with the file columns listed in the drop-down.
  9. Click on Finish to complete the user import.
