Answer :
- Log in to the Access360 application with user Add/Update privilege
- Navigate to User (Top menu bar) >> User Directory
- Click the Import Data button
- From the Import Data option select User Basic Info
- Choose the file type from the drop-down list (CSV or Excel).
- Upload the file. (Enter the sheet name for Excel files)
- Click Bind Data to load the data from the file to the grid
- Click next and map columns with the file columns listed in the drop-down.
- Click on Finish to complete the user import.
