Possible Causes :
User is not able to access the door due to antipassback policy violation
Answer :
- Log in to the Access360 application with Administrator privilege
- Navigate to User (Top menu bar) >> User Directory, and click on the Advanced option
- Search the user whose Antipassback violation is required to be normalised
- Select the checkbox against the user
- Click on Reset Area Buttonto Reset antipassback for the user
- Check
the Task Status in Action Pane window.
