Answer :

  1. Generate the Vff file by using the HID Vff File Generation tool with correct card format details.
  2. Replace the newly generated file with the old Vff file in the given path.( C:\Program Files (x86)\IDCUBE\Access360\Access360 Application Manager\Fmts)

Note: Before replacing the vff file take an old vff backup and save it in a safe location
