Answer :

  1. Log in to the Access360 application
  2. Navigate to “Credentials” (Top menu bar) >> Credentials Directory.
  3. Search card/credentials by different search criteria such as User ID, Name, Card Number and click on search
  4. Details of the card/credentials will appear
