1. Login to the Access360 application using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Visitor section.
3. Click on Search Visitor to begin the search process.
4. Enter the required criteria to search for the visitor. You can use parameters such as Appointment ID, Visitor Name, Email, Visitor ID, Contact Number, and Company.
5. Click on the Search button to execute the search.
6. Once the search is complete, visitor details matching your criteria will be displayed.
