Steps to set debug level:

  1. Login to Application Manager
  2. Go to view and click on Debug level (DLL only)
  3. If the device is “AERO” or “MERCURY” then select debug mode in Application Service (x64), and if any biometric device or Protean then select Application Service (x32)
  4. Select Debug mode to [75 – Informational message]
  5. Click on SET
