1.     Log in to the HRVIEW webpage using an account with administrator privileges.

2.     Navigate to the User section in the HRVIEW application and click on User Directory.

3.     In the User Directory, search for the user by User ID, Name, Team, Title, or Email.

4.     Locate the locked user and select the checkbox next to their name.

5.     On the top right, above to the User ID, you will find the Unlock symbol. Click on the "Unlock Account" button to unlock the user.

6.     The user can now try logging in to the webpage.
