1. Connect the device to power:

Red wire → +12V

Black wire → Ground

 Once connected, the device will power on.

 2.Using a multimeter to check the signals:

Set the multimeter to DC voltage mode.

(a) To check Wiegand Out D0 (DO):            

·       Connect the red probe of the multimeter to the Wiegand Out D0 wire.

·       Connect the black probe to the Wiegand Ground wire.

·       The voltage should read between 4–5V.

(b) To check Wiegand Out D1 (D1):

·       Connect the red probe to the Wiegand Out D1 wire.

·       Connect the black probe to the Wiegand Ground wire.

·       The voltage should also be between 4–5V.
