Possible solutions:

1.     Check the ping status of the controller on the Access360 application server. If it’s not pinging then:

a.     Check controller is powered on.

b.     Check the LAN cable and its connectivity on the network

c.      Ping is allowed by the customer network policy

2.     The Access360 Application (x64) Service in Application Manager should be in Running mode

3.     Enable required Ports on the Network (3001 - Mercury) or (3008 - AERO)

4.     Either disable the Firewall or define the exception rules for the above-mentioned TCP Port numbers in the Windows Firewall

5.     Either disable the Anti-Virus or define exception rules for the above-mentioned TCP Port numbers in the Antivirus ccess Control Server.

6.     Enter Access360 server IP as Host IP Address in controller’s web page setting

7.     Select the same TLS setting in the controller web page as in Application Manager
