Possible Causes :
The controller battery jumper was not enabled, or the battery is not functioning
Answer :
- Verify whether the battery jumper in the AERO/Mercury controller is in the ON position. If not, power off the controller, change the battery jumper from OFF to ON position, and Go to Security View>Hardware Troubleshoot> Reset controller and then Sync. Controller
- Login to the controller web page and check battery status. If it’s shown as Low then replace the battery
