1.       Perform Sync Card DB action from Hardware Troubleshoot: -

 

·       Login into Access 360 software.

·       Navigate to Security View > Controller > Manage Controller.

·       Select the controller in which multi-man access is not working properly.

·       Click Sync Card DB then OK.
