The Action Pane window for the HID VertX/ Edge controller shows ‘Lookup of a unique ID found a dup’.

The card Number already exists in the controller database. Please follow these steps:

  • Login into Security View Web.
  • Go to Controller -> Hardware Troubleshoot -> HID VertX -> Select Controller -> Reset Controller & Reset Controller Time.
  • Then Browse to Controller -> Manage Controller -> Edit Controller -> Sync Card DB -> Sync Card Format
  • Check the Action Pane window for command status.
