To follow the Below steps


1. Open the Security View application.

2. Navigate to Controller Troubleshooting

3. Go to Controller → Manage Controller → Hardware Troubleshoot

4. Select the Controller Make (e.g., LP1502).

5. Choose the specific controller.

6. Select the task “Reset Controller” and execute it.

7. Navigated to Action Pane and check the status.

8. Select Successful and Find the status If Success Then it’s done
