To follow the below steps
1. Stop the Services from application manger
2. Open the C drive on system and go to below mentioned tabs
C:\Program Files\IDCUBE\Access360\HRView Application Service x64\Xml\Data
3. Open the Notepad and remove the first log
4.Then start the Services for Application manager
5. Check the live Events it loading
