To follow the Below steps




1. Check Physical Power

2. Make sure the controller is powered ON

3. Check the power supply and LED status on the board

4. Verify Network Connection

5. Confirm the LAN cable is properly connected to the controller and switch

Try pinging the controller IP from the server/PC

If ping fails: possible cable, IP, or switch issue

6. Check IP Address Settings

Ensure the controller IP is correct and in the same network range as the server

5. Check the firewall

Make sure Windows Firewall is not blocking the communication port and Allow controller ports (e.g., Port 3001, 3002, etc.) in firewall settings

6. Restart Services

• Restart software services:

o Access360 Service / Controller Service – finally the controller get online
