Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Confirm that the HR View software is not opening.
2. Check if the following services are running:
Application Manager
SQL Services
3. From Application Manager, restart both:
Application Services 32X
Application Services 64X
4. If the issue persists, check the SQL Services:
Open SQL Server Configuration Manager
Go to:
SQL Server Network Configuration → Protocols for HRVIEWSERVER
Check the status of all protocols:
If any are disabled, enable them
Once everything is enabled, the HR View software should work properly.
